CLOCK STOPPED 3 BOTTLE SET
Blended from a selection of one each 1, 2, 3 and 4 years aged barrels. All base beers were fermented with a combination of pilsner malt, un-malted wheat and aged hops. The idea behind the blend was to keep the ratio of different vintages in equal parts, using the same barrels building upon each blend, so that the taste difference produced by each additional year could be tasted.
Clock Stopped (red) – 1 & 2 year blend. ABV 6.0%
Clock Stopped (purple) – 1, 2 & 3 year blend. ABV 5.8%
Clock Stopped (yellow) – 1, 2, 3 & 4 year blend. ABV 5.8%
