Five or Seven Batch #2
Blend of golden sour ale brewed on March 2018, April 2018 and Dec 2018 refermented with locally sourced home grown passion fruits.
We selected barrels that have specific character to our taste to get the best base blend for passion fruit beer . We chose few barrels of 20 months aged spontaneously fermented ale, along with 16 and 15 months (25% each) aged low acid saison ale and add fresh locally sourced home grown passion fruit in to each barrels . After spent quite sometimes in the barrels, we separate the fruit from the beer, transfer the beer from the barrel in to blending tank right before packaging in August 2020. The beer has been conditioned in bottles and kegs for almost a year and now is ready to be served.
