MOPS AND BROOMS ~ BATCH 2
Blend of barrel aged spontaneous golden sour ale brewed on March 2019, February 2020 & mix culture dark sour ale brewed on April 2016 refermented with Blackberry.
One barrel was spontaneous fermentation golden sour ale brewed in March 2019 and aged in the barrel for 5 years. We added a little bit (6%) of barrel aged mix culture black mix culture sour ale that was brewed on April 2016 and aged for 8 years.
Blackberries were added and let we let the fruits fermented in the beer. After the secondary fermentation is done, we bottled the beer on August 2024 and and let them do the 3rd fermentation for bottle conditioning
6.0% alc/vol.
