Description
Perpetuana, a blend of 1 years, 2 years and 3 years barrel aged golden sour ales.
The one and two year components are both spontaneously fermented using different mash/cooling techniques. The three year component is mixed culture honey saison (Shipwrecked). This blend has been bottle conditioned just over six months now.
This is Bryan’s favorite. It’s a lovely balance of oak, citrus rind and wild yeast aromatics with a light acidity.
5.9% alc/vol.
