BELLYWASHER ~ ABV 7.6% *8th Annyversary Beer
Blend of 4 & 5 years barrel aged spontaneously fermented golden sour ale re-fermented with raspberries and orange blossom honey.
Taste and aroma of nice fresh raspberry, followed by a hint of floraly honey finish. Acidity is medium high.
One barrel was spontaneous fermentation golden sour ale brewed in December 2018 and aged in the barrel for 5 years. Another barrel was a spontaneous fermentation golden sour ale, brewed back in February and March 2020 and aged for 4 years. Raspberries and orange blossom honey were added and let we let the fruits fermented in the beer. After the secondary fermentation is done, we bottled the beer on September 2024 and and let them do the 3rd fermentation for bottle conditioning
7.6% alc/vol.
