Blend of 5 years barrel aged spontaneous fermentation golden sour ale refermented with home grown mulberries, peach and apricot.
Bottle/keg conditioning since June 2025.
This beer has sweet aroma of peach and apricot combined, medium acidity, nice spontaneous fermentation lingering taste followed by nice tree berry and fresh stone fruit finish.
