Description
This is a blended golden sour ale with Kotata blackberries. Sort of a blackberry version of Jammiest Bits of Jam.
The initial blend was started from portions of four barrels brewed in 1/2016. The blend was fruited with over 800lbs of individual quick frozen blackberries, grown in the Pacific Northwest, back in 11/2018. After 7 months on fruit it was blended further with 26 month barrel aged coolship saison and 40 months barrel aged starchy base. After another 5 months of conditioning in kegs and bottles, it is ready for release.
6.2% alc/vol.
