PERPETUANA BLEND 2
Perpetuana (blend 2) is a blend of equal parts 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 years barrel aged golden sour ales. Years 1-4 are from the same barrels as the Clock Stopped all spontaneously fermented blends, but the 5 year aged component was brewed with malted, un-malted rye and aged hops before being pitched with a culture of wild yeast and bacteria.
Packaged back in October 2020 along with the Clock Stopped blends and allowed to condition another 14 months before release.
